The path of shattering the self, disbanding the self, the golden death, when man surrenders to the Other inside him, to the true, immortal human, the inner Christ . That’s why the apostle Paul says “I stand through daily death”, the practice of “He, the heavenly other must grow while I descend so He can live”. This is the classic path of all times where the fallen human, sunk in darkness, suffering and death, rises in his true, immortal being through the purifying fire of totally turning his life around, to return to the Father in and with it. Our life path through the world of dialectics is the path of death; endurance is the death of voluntarily losing the nature of self, which leads to eternal life in the Other. “Whoever is willing to lose their life for me, will find it.”
