There’s no doubt that mindfulness is a buzzword right now. But the question now is: Is this practice a means to a greater goal?

As a human being we are so much more than simply a complex biological organism with intelligence. We are also much more than a psychological individual with personal thoughts, feelings and will power. Our very essence is soul: a potential living connection between the unity and the multitude,
between the eternal and the temporary, between the Holy and our personality.

The supreme quest of the human-being while on Earth is to find the Path that will lead to True Life.
Over time, many parables, fables, hymns, and poems have been written about this quest in an effort to enkindle in the human-being a memory that might lead to a desire to walk the Path of Return.

We all long for peace, contentment, and tranquillity in our life.
We do everything possible to protect ourselves and those we love from the possibility of failure, conflict or pain to ensure we enjoy peace, contentment and tranquillity.
Or we might direct our energy towards helping the less fortunate or the environment .
So we might strive for a better world, a better life or stronger relationships.

A genuine insight into the human psyche and the role of our ego can ignite in our hearts a longing for the fullness of life and spirituality, which comes from our liberation from the emptiness of a self-centred existence.

There is a spark of Light in the centre of our being which holds an infinite potential, and which gives new meaning to all aspects of the human system, the world around us, and the interactions between them.

Today we would like to discuss the possibilities that ‘becoming silent’ can offer.
This becoming silent creates an inner space.
The great questions now are: With what will we fill this space?
What broadening perspectives will this space open?
Does this space offer the possibility of coming into contact with our true self?
Are we even able to engender true silence within ourselves?
Indeed, what actually is our true self?

What is the law of Karma as to its Spiritual essence?
Do we actually know how Karma works in our life, beyond what we might perceive as fortunate or unfortunate circumstances?
What is the practical meaning of Karma for a person who has opened him or herself to a Spiritual path?
Can we find a higher perspective, a higher, we could say divine, purpose to this fundamental law of our existence?

The mystery wisdom of the Celts is reflected in many myths and legends. Many stories recount the Land of the Ever Living, the Tír na nÓg, a Divine realm in which no polarity, decay nor conflict exist. Tír na nÓg is omnipresent but only accessible to those who have the key.

Living in the present is true living.
We have lived our past already and our future is yet to come, so we can say that only the present moment is existent.

This universal truth is intertwined in various spiritual teachings during present and past times, and it is an important step of the Spiritual Path.

In the depths of my being there is a longing that I cannot describe... that I wouldn't know how to define... I only know that even if my desires and expectations in life were fulfilled, said desire would still be present...
It always radiates in me, like my deepest inner truth:
Like a flash, like a spark of light.
When I am busy with what is happening around me, I forget a little, but it is only for a while.

The aphorism "Man, know thyself" marks the beginning of the liberating path. For he who knows themselves is “enlightened.” To achieve this, human beings must turn away from their past and turn towards the Soul.
Feelings of resistance will continue to play a part in their lives for a long time, but those who know they have an inner light and follow it will be ready to connect and dedicate themselves to a group to which they will now belong, to a community of new Souls.

If you possess true knowledge , o soul, you will understand that you are akin to your Creator; and thence you will experience true joy.
